Analysis: Their first meeting ended in controversy. Many believed Malignaggi won their first meeting but nevertheless the decision was given to Juan Diaz. FFF saw it as a close fight but in favor of Diaz by two rounds. The fight is scheduled to take place in Chicago in order to provide a neutral field for both fighters to avoid any controversy. 

FFF Prediction: As close as their first fight was, Diaz should win this one by a wider margin. Rarely does the loser of the first match up win the second meeting. Don't believe it? Just take a look at last weeks fight between Lucian Bute and Librado Andrade. Librado Andrande nearly knocked out Lucian Bute in their first fight. What happened in the rematch? Bute knocked out Andrade for the first time in his career. However, I don't see Diaz knocking out Malignaggi but he should thoroughly outclass him and go on to win a Unanimous Decision.
